The lady that helped me was very nice but the computer was acting up. It would not let her put my information in. She had to keep getting help, Finally she wrote my information down and said she would finish putting it in later. She told me that she was going to put a white bow on the arrangement, when I arrived at the funeral there was no bow. I was a little upset because the bow would have set the arrangement off. Someone needs to get the computer in order, so the employees can better serve the customers. If I recall the last time I ordered a plant there was issues with the computer.
